As they lifted the truck and began and access of the issues. ..I respectfully ask should I leave the room..
I always use this garage. Honest and fair prices. They allow you to bring your own parts if you want to. They always go the extra mile to get the job done right and have great customer service. They are definitely the best garage in town.
I can tell you straight. ...I'm a back yard macanic. ..and find it hard to trust any macanic or basically not trust site unseen. ...and work up a bill...
First of all they made the time to look at the problems. ..right then....
You have my business! !
The very first experience i had with Craigs is about 2 years ago we bought a 99 beetle and it was shifting erratically. we brought it to the dealership to have them tell us we need a new transmission. As a classic car owner I generally know how cars work and I knew this wasn't a mechanical problem. I knew it was something electrical. So after getting a second opinion and another dealership they told me that it was a mechanical problem and to make a long story short I knew that it wasn't. Someone had told me to try Craigs that they were a good mom and pop repair shop. So we brought the car there and after spending no more than an hour looking into the problem they determined that it was a $100 wiring harness not a $5,000 transmission. I now bring every car I own to them and tell everyone to go to them and stay away from the dealerships that are just trying to rip you off.
Thee answer was.....no...just don't get hurt. ..that was the right answer .
