Service was slow everybody acts as if they're extremely busy and there's nobody in there it's ridiculous I think what they need is more training from someone who knows how to operate one of these type of fast foods
I went there two times with more than a month of difference and ordered the same fish burger; the 2 times the burger came collapsed and with half cheese... why half cheese? The first time I thought maybe it was a mistake, but the second time the cheese was cut in half seemed like they do it always.
Really concerned of how fast food restaurants cut corners while raising cost. $16.99 for a couple meals that looked amazing on the menu. I opened my box to see what looked like a sandwich thought it was a joke. It's fast food but you can't offer gourmet burgers if it's just a quarter pounder with "special sauce".
The staff is always friendly. I go here once every two weeks to get my child a happy meal. That's all i ever order, one chicken nugget happy meal with Apple slices and chocolate milk. No special requests, no additional items. And it has only one time in the last year been correct. Most often the Apple slices are missing, our we have been shorted fries. Two different occasions the fry box was in there but completely unused, no fries in the bag or anything. Once we were given a fry box with exactly 4 fries in it. Numerous times we've gotten 3 nuggets or less in the nugget container (supposed to be 4). And frequently wet are missing the drink. Whatever we end up with, its usually fresh and hot, and i don't usually put up a fuss because my kid doesn't each more than half anyways.
Consistently room temp fries and incorrect orders, even when ordering very basic menu items. Waited 25 minutes for food one time and was given more cold fries than a reasonable human could eat as an apology. This is what happens when you give kids $8/hour to make you food.
